I spent my career representing iconic global companies as outside counsel in litigation and counseling matters and then shifted in-house to join legal leadership at some of the most scrutinized companies in tech — building legal functions, protecting brands, managing risks and advising executive teams through growth, risk, and crises.

I'm Mike Yaghmai (fondly nicknamed Yags throughout my career), and I'm bringing my decades of experience to individuals and companies who need senior legal judgment without hiring a full-time General Counsel — I'm an incremental partner who plugs in exactly where and when it matters.

Having also started and scaled various high-performing and impactful teams in very challenging corporate environments, I have lots of experience developing and supporting leaders and teams.
